Initiate a thorough dynamic warm up prior to starting this exercise, this engages the nervous system.

Prepare for this motion by keeping a lengthened position in the body.

Movement

Dead Bug Crunch Movement

1. Start off by laying on a BOSU ball so that it rests on the flat of your back.

2. Your arms will be facing the ceiling while your legs will be bent at the knees forming a 90 degree angle.

3. From here, straighten one leg forward and reach that leg with the opposite arm.

4. Come back to the original position and alternate the leg that you kick with and the arm that you reach with.
