How to Do Trx Lat Stretch, Lateral Chain
The trx lat stretch lateral chain should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the trx lat stretch lateral chain.
Beginning
Beginning Trx Lat Stretch
1. Sink your hips back and rest your right forearm along the floor while kneeling.
2. Stretch out your left arm, stretching out through your fingertips, while leaning your weight onto your right arm.
3. For a few seconds, stay in this position.
4. Return to your original starting position.
5. Rep 10 times more.
Movement
Trx Lat Stretch Movement
1. Start off in a staggered stance so that one foot is about two feet in front of there other. There should be a gap between feet about six inches.
2. Both of your arms should be straight up in the air, both holding on to the TRX handle.
3. From this position, drop one of your hips so that your body forms a C shape. Don't arch your back while you go into this position.
4. Hold this position for the allotted amount of time and then return to the starting position.
