Trx Back Stretch Movement
1. Start off by being on all fours on the ground. To do this, bend both knees so that they are resting on the floor with your legs extended straight behind you, with your toes on the ground. Your hands will be straight down in front of you at shoulder width, with your palms flat on the ground.
2. Have a TRX handle next to your left side.
3. Take your right hand and bring it across your body so that it rests in the TRX handle.
4. Keeping your hand inside the TRX, turn your shoulders so that you roll to the right side. Hold that position for the allotted amount of time and return to the starting position.
