Sit on a bench or chair slightly leaning forward.
Beginning Seated Concentration Curl
1. Keep your abdominal muscles tight, chest up and elbow in.
2. Your elbow should remain stable, in a fixed position just inside from knee.
Seated Concentration Curl Movement
1. Under control lift the weight directly up. Focus and squeeze the bicep muscle.
2. Stop where you feel comfortable and reverse.
3. Before elbow joint is straight, repeat motion.
