“The Complete Golf Workout” is an 8-week golf fitness program that was created after we noticed a significant gap in how fitness and golf have traditionally been married together and were inspired to make a change.
Golf has long been a sport that has flown under the radar in terms of athletics. It's a sport known for hand-eye coordination, balance, and accuracy, but it doesn't get the credit it deserves for being a highly athletic and explosive sport. We believe it is time to clear the air.
The majority of golf workouts designed to help them improve their game take a slow, linear, and deliberate approach to training. We know firsthand that golf is a highly explosive and repetitive sport, and that a slow and deliberate approach to training cannot adequately prepare athletes for the shear forces on the body that each swing entails.

Use proper form. Take time to learn how to properly perform each exercise. Lifting weights effectively requires you to move through the entire range of motion without pain. The better your form, the less likely you are to injure yourself. If you can't maintain good form, reduce the weight or the number of repetitions. Remember that proper form is important even when picking up weights or returning them to the rack.
