Sit with your spine straight and dumbbells rested at sides.
Movement

1. Tighten elbows and lift dumbbells upward into a bicep curl.
2. Keep elbows tightened at sides, make sure that you don't allow your elbows to swing with this motion.
3. Slowly lower dumbbells down to starting position and repeat motion until you have completed your set.
