Core Push Up Board Movement
1. Begin by coming into a pushup position with your hands on the sides of a core board. Place your hands at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock on the core board.
2. Both of your feet will be straight behind you and your toes will be on the ground.
3. Complete a pushup by bending with your elbows and bringing your body down slowly so that your arms form 90 degree angles.
4. Simultaneously, turn with your hand on the core board so that one of your hands comes near your belly button, and the other is almost straight in front of your face.
5. Pause at the bottom for a brief second, then untwist your arms returning them to the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions, before pressing yourself back up to the starting position.
