How to Do Wall Calf Stretch With Rotation
The wall calf stretch with rotation should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the wall calf stretch with rotation.

1. Stand near the wall or sturdy object.
2. Flex one leg at the hip and the knee and use your upper body to lean against the wall for support.
3. Your back leg should be straight at the knee facing forward.
Movement

1. Draw your belly button inward toward your spine.
2. Keep the rear foot on the ground, with the opposite hip and knee flexed.
3. Slowly move through your hips creating pronation and supination at the ankle.
4. Take the body joint through a full body using controlled momentum movement for one set of 5-10 reps.
