Benefits
Tricep Dip Machine Benefits
The machine dip is a multi joint workout that allows you to demolish your triceps with a lot of weight and may be done safely with or without a partner. Because the machine is pin-loaded, you may use intensity tactics like drop sets and rest-pause with ease, whereas the bench dip relies solely on your bodyweight.
