How to Do Forward Multiplanar Step Up to Balance, Curl, and Press
The forward multiplanar step up to balance curl and press exercise should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the forward multiplanar step up to balance curl and press.

1. Begin holding the dumbbells palms facing the chest.

1. Step forward onto a platform four to eight inches in height.
