How to Do Standing Levator Scapulae Stretch
The standing levator scapulae stretch should begin with a good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the standing levator scapulae stretch.

Stand upright with your feet slightly held away from your sides and your feet flat on the floor.
Movement

1. Bring your chin to your chest and slowly rotate it to one side.
2. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds then go to the opposite side.
3. Repeat 2-3 reps.
