Partner should instruct you to flex the knee (hamstring curl), at your end range of motion.
Beginning
Beginning Assisted Prone Quad Stretch
1. Your partner should have you lie as pictured.
2. Partner places one hand in a comfortable spot on your hip area and the other hand on your ankle.
Movement
Assisted Prone Quad Stretch Movement
1. Partner should assist a few more degrees (make sure that you maintain the active hamstring contraction).
2. Hold for 1-2 seconds, relax and repeat for 10 reps.
